In any event, jl3 ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl3 ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Your use of the jl3 ph Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how jl3 ph collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Upon termination for cause, jl3 ph may forfeit any remaining bonus balances. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
You may close your jl3 ph account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to the date of closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
